This year, Brampton Gospel Hall is inviting you to register your child for one of the follow Vacation Bible School camps.

In March your child can "Go Wild for God". Your child will have a great time with all of our jungle themed lessons. They will be entertained with fun games, age appropriate bible leassons, singing, crafts and will be served a light lunch. Best of all its FREE

2. I release all individuals and groups associated with the Brampton Gospel Hall from any liability associated with any accident or sickness experienced by the applicant, with the understanding that the VBS staff will be taking reasonable precautions to guard against any situation of this nature.

3. I give permission for the reasonable use of photos of the participant.

4. The participants immunizations are up to date and I believe the participant to be in good health. Any exceptions to this I have either noted above or on a seperate page accompanying this form. If I cannot be reached, I hereby authorize the VBS staff to secure such medical advice and services as may be deemed necessary for the healthy and safety of the participant.
